Target career website broken?

I’m applying for a job at Target using their Careers website, but I’ve run into a problem.

At the point where it asks when you are available, I’ve put in my free hours sucessfully. (8am to 9pm on weekends, 3pm to 9pm on weekdays) but it keeps telling me ->

“Start time must occur earlier than end time. Please re-enter start time and end time.”

Last time I checked 9pm was earlier then 3pm.
I even tried flip flopping the times, but got the same message. It’s getting annoying, because I’ve had to reenter it about five times now. Some help? I called the Online services for Target, but they don’t deal with the careers part of the website, and the lady couldn’t help me in the least.
